I'm the daughter of two Recruiters who ran their business for 40+ years.

I grew up watching how the Recruiting world operates behind the scenes.

But my career started differently. I spent years as a Marketing Director and Creative Director for major companies like ExxonMobil, Avaya, and Schering-Plough.

I was always in charge of hiring and training my teams.

15+ years ago, I pivoted to full-time recruitment as a Managing Partner at Marketing & Sales Resources.

And that's when I saw what was really happening.

As I learned the recruiting business, I noticed something disturbing.

Recruiters were keeping their methods secret like magicians' tricks. They never explained to candidates what they were actually looking for.
